Hello.
I have a dilemma. I have been making exotic spirits and liquors for a while now, but I need someone who is a professional mixologist to come up with good recipes for the creations I've made. Since these liquors are not available at a local store, I'd be willing to ship samples to those interested -free of charge- assuming that the moderator deems this appropriate and you are over the legal age and not scamming for free booze.
Also if anyone can suggest cocktail pairings (preferably martini derivations) that would compliment sushi such as rainbow roll and California roll, I would greatly appreciate it.
