It is legal if itd s cocktail, if u guna drink just gin with AJ u will grow a tail, it is illegal.

if your gonna make a decent or incredible cocktail with gin & apple juice. then it isnt.. if your just gonna drink it like that...it isnt either.. its to your preference. although some hardcore mixologist may frown upon it... but its to your liking....
