Help with "Fresh and Clean"

My friend ordered me a really cood drink called a "Fresh and Clean". It's a very refreshing clear cocktail that includes citrus vodka, 7-up, ice, and (I think I taste) Gin. I've searched this site high and low and couldn't find the recipe.
Would anybody venture a guess as to what the recipe is? Myabe it's called something different somewhere else?
I've been to many bars in my area and everybody seems to know how to make it.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I checked the site.. the queued for addition drinks and the net... couldn't find that kinda drink with the gin.
