I am in the process of changing careers, and I have always been facinated with spirits and mixology. I was wondering: do bartenders make decent money?

How much money you make is really up to you and your personality. The cool thing about tending bar is that if you are willing to get a little creative, you can make good money even on a slow night and like Anderson said, there are many options available to you once you get in your foot in the door.
