Hello all--I'm new here so what are we drinking?
I have a question I've been searching for the answer to for 11 YEARS!!
Back in the 70's--the best decade for music--I used to go to a lot of nightclubs. I live in Southern California so there was an embarrassment of wealth when it came to live music. This was pre-Studio 54 and all that disco mess. Anyway, I digress. One of the nightclubs we went to was called the Red Onion. It was a chain of mexican restaurant/nightclubs. When I went to the Red Onion I ordered a drink called a 'COFFEE BEAUTIFUL'. I can't find the recipe anywhere. Is there anyone out there who knows? It was really delicious and I'd like my husband to know how to make it. He's the bartender in the house. Thanks ahead of time--I just know someone will know. :D
