Pine Lime Splice

I've been searching the web for hours trying to find the recipe for a
"Pine Lime Splice" can someone please help me, these
are drinks ive had here in Austrlia, not sure if they are called the same
thing overseas.

Pine Lime Splice

ice
30 ml (1 measure) Midori
30 ml (1 measure) Cointreau
15 ml (1/2 measure) Malibu
90 ml (3 measures) pineapple juice
60 ml (2 measures) cream

Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend well. Serve in a large glass, garnished with a slice of pineapple.
