I am opening a new bar pub and i want to organize all the drinks i can offer!
Even if i see a great forum full of great drinks and help, i am asking if someone organized them or is planning to organize all the drinks in a pdf document or a word document!
Even a little help will be greatly appreciated!

Im sure this need be left unsaid, but make sure you offer lots of BEER!! Usually the pubs that have reacurring/ loyal patrons have a large varriaty of beer. I would start with at lest 15 for a pub. Make sure cover all your bases. Ale, Pilsner, Stout, etc. Make sure you get a stout from England. Also, it wouldnt be bad to offer a micro brew local to you're area.
People don't really expect many different types of mixed drinks in pubs, and if they do, they tend to keep it simple (i.e. rum and coke, vodka soda, etc.) But it would be decent for you to offer an assortment of martinis - apple, vodka, gin, maybe 4 others (thought this dosnt quite fit with the pub style, you may as well offer them - you can charge people a good amount of money for a relativly simple drink).
Make sure you can do a good ceasar (if you're American you may not know what im talking about, but if ur Canadian, then you're good). Make SURE you don't use the premixed ceasars and make them from scratch. Use crazy beans instead of celary (keeps longs).
Any more questions you have I would be more then happy to help you out. (I have a good amount of knowledge of the bar scene because I'm a molson beer rep, recent university grad, and bartender)

I like to go out once a week myself. I can drink rum and vodka. Rum is the best. I can drink that all night.
I can also drink some white wine. I stay away from drinks with alot of sugar.
Beer, champagne, and red wine are the worst for me.

Some Energy Drinks Work Some Do Not. Thats the experience i had with them. You just gonna have to try and see how your body reacts on it. It depends on your body all the time.

keep your basic liquor on hand. vodka, rum, gin, scotch, tequila, bourbon and triple sec. whether it be premiums or the cheap stuff. for the mixers it would be. coke, spirte, club soda, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, tomato juice and sweet & sour mix, which is lemon lime powder mix. i belive beer is what makes a pub so 15 to 20 variety of beers is good.
