Beefeater

I'm a big fan of sours, so I've been playing around with the White Lady for a few weeks now. Originally made back in the 1920's, the cocktail is steeped in history and is a long running classic.
Although I've tried different variations, I've come to realise that there isn't really anyway to improve on what we have already. I think any changes that could have been made would have been made by now, so I'm going to stick with the original (and best) recipe:
2 PARTS Beefeater Gin
1 PART Orange CuraƧao
1 PART Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 PART Sugar syrup
1 PART Egg white
METHOD Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
And a "how to mix the White lady" video: http://twurl.nl/vh81fa
If anyone can think of anything to add, let me know.
