I live in Chicago and recently went to a restaurant called Claim Jumpers. I had a drink there called a Sin City Iced Tea. It was so good I had to write down the ingredients. Only problem is I dont know the amounts. Im hoping someone here either works there or has had something similar and can help with the amounts. This is what was in it. Absolut Mandarin, Bicardi Limon, Smirnoff Raspberry, Cointreau Orange, Bols Peach Schnapps, sweet & sour, cran juice and Sprite.

Just from experience, I'm going to guess the ratios to be:

In a pint glass

1/2 oz Absolut
1/2oz Bicardi
1/2oz Smirnoff
1/4oz Peach
1/4oz Cointreau
2/3-1/3 Cran to Sweet and sour
Roll/Shake
leave room to top with Sprite for fizz and lemon-lime kick.

It all depends on what you at home, or your bar defines as a "pour" for exact ratios, but assuming around 2 oz of liquor to a "collins" type beverage I'd imagine this to be it. If you want more, just be heavier handed and adjust accordingly.
