Favorite Scotch?
Better yet:
Favorite Cheap Scotch, Mid-price scotch, and high-end scotch?

And everyone knows Scotch is finest on the rocks, but do you have any scotch mixes you enjoy as well?

I''d have to go

Low: Johnnie Walker Red
Mid: Johnnie Walker Black (Sense a trend?)
Top: Dalwhinnie or Glenrothes (I'm a Speyside single-malt guy)

Jameson is Irish whiskey, not scotch.

Until I can get my hands on a few things (Teachers Highland cream, Talisker, Glenfiddich 15 Year Solera, Macallan 18, Johnnie Swing, Johnnie Blue), my list will look as follows;
Low: Johnnie Walker Black
Mid: Macallan 12
High: Johnnie Walker Gold (Just edges out the green for the spot...for now)

Dalmore is good for a much less traditional scotch. It's a highland I believe so you get some florals and sweetness rather than the peaty smoke of a lowland.

The limited edition Dalmore 30 years was the best single malt for 2005.
The Dalmore is now one of the most popular Single Malt Scotches in the world. Created in the prime barley-growing district of Scotland, The Dalmore is a spirit of distinction and pedigree. Shaped by time, water and weather, it deserves its place as one of the world’s most respected whiskies, and rewards its loyal admirers with a unique, full taste that reflects its origins.
