Apple Pie

Ok, well I just looked all through the pages and couldn't find the apple pie that I have grown up around...I don't remember everything thats in it but, I know it has everclear, apple juice, apple cider, and I believe you use cinnamon sticks instead of ground cinnamon....can someone hook me up with the recipe?
