Pineapple upside-down drink

I had lunch at The House of Blues in Las Vegas in the Mandalay Bay Hotel a couple of weeks ago and still cannot find a recipe for the one they make. I've called THoB but as you would guess they won't give it out. Anyone have an idea where I might find it ??

I make a drink called that.

1 oz. - 2 oz. dr. mcgillicuddy vanilla depending on glass size.
1/3 oz cream
pineapple fill

grenadine (optional)

you can do it as a specialty drink or martini.
