How I said in one post somewhere before,I'm professional bartender and I was the state Champion '06 in flair style...today I'm still on the top but some younger guys are better than me....
...last year I was win the 1st place on Havana Club Grand Prix '07 in Classic style

Flair is something I have always wanted to learn. I know some people say its a waste of time but hell, I like to interact with my customers when its slow. I know on slammed night you don't have time when you got people all over shouting drinks at you. Is there any good videos out there.
