Hey all I am going to be bartending at a "martini night" and I would like 5 or 6 different martinis to make..pref. getting in a wide range of flavors. I know the classic martini should be on the menu and have ideas for other ones but I was hoping that you can help me out on the planning? Thanks in advance

Hey Anonamouse,
"Martini Night" may have already passed, but here's a FABULOUS recipe for Valentine's Day (although it is great year-round!)

HIBISCUS PINKY VALENTINI

2 1/2 parts Pinky* vodka
2 wild hibiscus flowers**
1/2 part syrup from the flowers
1/2 part of blueberry/pomegranate juice
Champagne

Directions: Put the hibiscus flower in a champagne flute and pour in
champagne until it covers the flower. Shake Pinky, the flower syrup, and the
juice, over ice, and pour into the glass. Top off with champagne. Serves two.

Enjoy!

Mafia Martini:

1/2 ounce Chambord raspberry liquor
1 ounce apple juice

Pour all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Shake fastly and strain 2 times in an iced cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lime zest.
