Howdy everyone...
Newbie here...
Trying to figure out the cost for me to stock the bar myself and hire a friend of my Sister (Who is a bartender by trade) to do the bartending versus what the local caterers charge to do the bartending.
What I need to know is what should a bar have for supplies for a wedding group of aprox. 100-120 average people?
The beer and wine selection I've got a good idea about, but not sure what I should have on hand for hi-balls, and cocktails.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
