Hello,
Recently ive been looking at my habits of how i drink and not sure when if im drinking too much or not.
Just so you understand how i do things, heres the basics of my diet in a week:
Sunday - Thursday
Eat oatmeal breakfast
low fat lunch
medium fat meal for tea
snack fruit or peanuts throughout the day.
Friday and Saturday
Eat oatmeal breakfast
medium fat lunch
now come the drinks:
3 pints of Budweiser, Stella or Michelob Ultra
(thats 1 pint of Stella and 2 Buds or MU not 3 of each :D)
2-3 shots of Jack Daniels, Hennessy, Southern Comfort or Vodka with pepsi max
Meal - varies
Remember I do this on Friday's and Saturdays. Am i drinking too much or about right? on odd ocassions ill have a simliar drink on week days if its someones birthday etc but as i said i have a "no drink between sunday and thursday" rule unless an odd occassion such as above or if im on holiday.
Whats everyones thoughts on this?
