Hi... I was wondering... Is there some alternative for ginger beer. I'm from serbia and you can't find it here, and belive me- I've tried... In serbia there are three different beers: Black beer, normal, and non-alkohol... If anyone can help me I would be gratefull... Just in case, cocktail recepie: muddle some ginger with sugar in a tall glass....pour 30 ml vodka n fill the glass up with ice pour ginger ale on top serve after stirring the drink... or http://forum.drinksmixer.com/showthread.php?t=131 if easier... Thnx

Gingerale isn't actually a beer - it's a type of soda-pop, really.
Here's some instructions on how to make some at home:

You can buy it at pretty much every supermarket in North America.
Ginger beer is just a stronger-tasting type of gingerale (there's more of a ginger taste to it).

Aaah, when you started listing the types of BEER available, I assumed the issue was that you were looking for it with other, alcoholic beverages.
I guess you could always try making it up from scratch...
