Maggiano's Smashed Pumpkin Martini

Howdy All, a couple of years ago Maggiano's offered a Smashed Pumpkin Martin Mix . It was great stuff for the month of October. I found a recipe that duplicated the taste, which included Bols Spiced Pumpkin Liquer. However Bols no longer sells this liquer. Anyone have a recipe for the this or for an alternative to the Bols liquer?

Hiram Walker has just released a pumpkin spice liqueur - I haven't had a chance to try it yet, but it sounds like it should work. Or you could try using some pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice - makes for a little thicker drink, but it's pretty good, and you can control how spiced you want it.

Struggling Seasonal Drink Mixer!

I don't know if it was from a previous year or not, but The Party Source in Bellevue, KY had several bottles of the Bols Spiced Pumpkin in stock just before Hallowe'en. Since I'm not much for the thought of a pumpkin-flavored cocktail at the present, I didn't pick up a bottle the last time I was there.

But who knows, some day I may get a hankering to try something in that line, just strictly for the halibut. :D
