1-2* shots of tequila
4-6oz of Clamato®
pinch of salt
pinch of freshly ground pepper
pinch of celery salt
dash or two of worcestershire sauce**
Tobasco sauce
Put first six ingredients into an iced filled shaker, shake vigorously for a few seconds, strain, and pour into ice filled glass, add Tobasco sauce depending on your own taste and spicyness, stir, garnish with celery and/or cilantro(coriander).
This recipe is just in case you can't find an Spicy Clamato and/or Jose Cuervo Especial.
* Once again, this depends on how many drinks you're planning on having. If you use 2 shots, it's more than likely you're only wanting to have one drink with a strong hit to it. Thus the "knockout" part of the name.
** The worcestershire sauce on this one is optional but a must if you want to get the full taste of this drink. Believe me, it does make a difference. Lea & Perrins is the absolute best.
