Headed down to the islands next week. Our MO is pretty much, sit by the pool, swim up to the bar, drink, and repeat all week.
Anyhow, at night, I have a much easier time drinking because I order what I order. Real bartenders with ample supplies. Needless to say, by the pool they make the foofoo drinks with banana and other random items. I generally like stronger drinks so something that has more alcohol appeals to me. Dirty Martini is more than likely my favorite drink, and if I am having a mixed drink I generally like to 50/50 because I genuinely "enjoy" the taste of alcohol. Ex. Crown and ginger ale or rum and ginger ale.
