I can't believe the new bottle for BLACK VELVET 1.75 oz. It takes two hands to pour as it is definitely top heavy. It has no character, it's kind of a plain jane. And actually if you took the label off it would double nicely as a giant perfume bottle. Or if you cut the top off it would make a nice flower vase. I don't think this is the rye I want to pull out of my liqueur cabinet when I have friends over. I think I will try other traditional ryes in real liqueur bottles. I feel it is too goofy to even bother with .
